Earners Blog Review
These days, it seems like every blog that’s remotely related to affiliate marketing has links to Algoco, SlashMySearch, and MyLot… and they all seem to have the same Google ads on them!
Their sole purpose is not to provide useful information to the readers, but to get readers to sign up for the affiliate program they are promoting. After a while, all of them seemed to be the same.
With one exception, Earners Blog by Stuart.
Earners Blog actually provides a lot of useful information to webmasters. I’ll throw out two that I found the most useful:
1. Do You Squidoo?: I followed Stuart’s suggestion there and set up a site on Squidoo targeting a fairly competitive query term (and yes, it’s a lot more competitive than “SEO Mind Crime”!!) Low and behold, that site quickly got ranked in Google, and right now it’s #11 for my target query term. Stuart, that was a brilliant suggestion!
2. Free Page Rank 4+ Myspace Profiles: I tried the methodology outlined in the post, and was able to grab some PR 4 and PR 3 pages. Now I’ll need to think about how to make use of these pages…
Some of the ideas he suggested aren’t for me, such as reselling ebooks and participating in software downloads. But hey, chances are they’ll help someone earn some money.
Stuart, keep up the good work!
